On-Site Safety
Nothing is more important to us than the health and well-being of our customers, sponsors, speakers, employees and of course everyone’s families. We have been and are very closely watching the COVID-19 situation, and any updates from the WHO and local health authorities.
To protect everyone’s health, we will employ a safety plan in collaboration with the hotel and health officials to ensure a safe conference. Depending on the situation and governmental decisions in the future we may adapt our regulations according to the rules which may apply in May 2023.
We also closely collaborate with the venue. Any form of preventative actions that are recommended by local health officials will be taken! Possible updates to the AgileTD USA Covid-19 regulations will be communicated to all attendees via email, as soon as there are any.
