Quality is subjective, multifaceted, and will be defined differently depending on your quality system. Do you know your definition of quality? Does your team or organization define it the same as you? We all know that Process, Product, and People are three key elements in quality, but do you know how to apply these three elements to reach your definition of quality?
This workshop gives you hands-on experience in defining quality using different dimensions and approaches to quality. You’ll also learn techniques that help you achieve your quality goals. For example, if your delivery team has a common understanding of how to achieve a certain level quality, but your product management group still blames testers for letting bugs through, a technique to build a pathway or build a relationship with the product management group results in a shared view of ownership and responsibility.
