Deena works as an Senior Consultant, Functional Lead at Kin+Carta. Kin + Carta is a B Corp certified technology, data and experience consultancy that believes in using business as a force for good. In her role, Deena shares her passion about Agile with her fellow teammates. She educates and coaches her own team and organizations on the Agile Scrum methodology.

Deena McKay is also the founder and host of the podcast, Black Tech Unplugged. Black Tech Unplugged is a podcast that highlights Blacks who innovate and work in the tech industry. Deena uses her to share tips, advice, and stories of those in the tech industry.
