Tania León

Tania was born in Cuenca, city of Ecuador. She started her career in Quality 11 years ago, in a company where she had also the chance to work in customer support, that is when she learned the importance of finding the balance when working with the team and understanding the needs of the client.

She finds the testing career really fascinating, since she has the chance to understand the whole system from a different perspective and also the opportunity of having an interaction between the client and the team.

This past four years she has been working at Thoughtworks Ecuador as a Quality Analyst, working in defining test strategies, doing testing and searching for better ways to deliver the product to the client, by being part of the release process.
